So here the adjustment needed to bring the window AWAY “kick out” from the car if its leaning in causing interference…… It indicates this in the FSM.

I am going to make mine all from scratch. If I get it right I can share. My 3D printer is down right now but my model is almost done for the clips. Will be using Kapton for the sleeve. Tired of buying crap that I can make myself better.

They are curved and correctly installed with the windows curve. Even without the clips/plastic sliders it’s too tight! And yup $130 for this crap!

After way too much work of trying to get my door windows in, I am stuck. I have ideas to solve but they are not great. The problem: the new mylar inserts appear to jam in the wing channel or are very tight. Thus the windows jam up or are very tight. What Ive done: I wire brushed the channel...

Of course my lens will no longer snap in as the plastic tangs are long gone. How do you guys suggest I attach them. Currently using 3M double sided tape. Just not sure about longevity.

Yeah it look decent in person. Just working to make it as good as I can so that later I don’t look at it and say if I just did something it would have been better.
