Inspection Cover or Hack?

looks like an inspection cover/access but I don’t know for sure. Is there a cover for this? Do they sell them?
Does anybody have a picture of one so I can fab one up?
It’s on my 70 Satellite…front passenger wheel well.

It is a access for your wrench to set the front end alignment.
