    Fan shroud

On a running car, it would be under the hood. It's always found on the backside of the radiator.

68 gtx A1 26 radiator on fender tag with 22 opening

My old 68 Hemi GTX convertible (that I sold 33 years ago) had a 22" core support & the opening was modified to 26". Nut & bolts held the radiator on. I knew the car from the late 70's & it was never wrecked, so one can only assume that it was a factory mistake & was modified before it left the...

    1968 vent cables

The tail lights do have the same mounting brackets, but the early cars had that weird additional vertical bracket.

    1968 vent cables

I have one '68 with a November build & it has a round knob (a/c car) and another 68 with a build date of 12/26/67 build & it has the square knobs. Are your door pad emblems like this..... or like this..... Also, does yours also have the funky tail light brackets in the trunk & the...

    A/C time delay relay?

Good old R12. Before I put the ductwork back in under the dash, with the center door open, you could reach in and feel that the heater tubes were still carrying some heat. The water control valve was rebuilt & I recently adjusted that cable, so we'll see if that takes care of that...

    A/C time delay relay?

The a/c is working, although when I checked it late last summer, it seemed to be not as cold as it should be. Someone has monkeyed with this system before and I believe that i have everything hooked up properly now, with the only question being the vacuum hose on the delay. In spite of the red...

    A/C time delay relay?

Not sure if it is or not. I don't know how to tell. The only reference I can find about it in the service manual is what had already been mentioned here. No pictures at all of it and no diagnostics for it.

I may be wrong on this, but I there's a strong possibility that you may have posted this in the wrong section.

Is it supposed to work that way on a 68?

That was 2 months ago & I can't remember that far back. Hopefully a/c guro Mopar 3-B will chime in.

Question? Heater hose nipples at the Pump cap or bypass?

It's fun to play windshield wiper going from from point to point and keep in mind that it's always best to feed off the nipples. But if your hose is U-shaped, man-o-man, you've got problems.

    68-70 B-body factory a/c vacuum line routing

So in other words, when you put it on heat, it should still blow out the dash vents? If so, then I guess I'm good.

    68-70 B-body factory a/c vacuum line routing

The main door in the front center of the box will close only when in the defrost position.

    68-70 B-body factory a/c vacuum line routing

All the vacuum lines are hooked up properly and things seem to be working with the exception of the floor heat function; it still blows out the vents. Any thoughts "Oh Wise One"?
