Has anyone taken there edelbrock carb off & put on a holley carb with the same cfm ? Did you like the change ?

Its not the original carb. Its just carb that dad had laying around. He rebuilt it. Not even sure what it is AFB or AVS. Dad was pretty good at carb rebuilding. It must be just worn out. It falls flat on its face at high RPMs

Yep timing wise everything is great. Im not sure what the CFM of the carb is. The motor was not built stock. I will probably need a bigger CFM carb.

Messed with timing & got that dialed in. Would have to find someone to work on the carb. I don't know much about them. If it is gona cost me a lot I would sooner buy a new one.
