Yes I have the two temnal reverse light connectors but it is coming out of the main harness . I jumped it there and the reverse light come on . No problem there .
The issue is where does the sub harness plug into the main for the console light harness? I can't find the.plug.. I have a 69 diagram...

I just had my friend order the FBO plate and he says he is afraid to use it that I could become dislocated during operation so he did not install.

Have you try setting to 10 deg initial and plug vacuum 10 plus 28=38 .
36 or 38 on 383 not much more might be just fine .
Then add lifter springs to get advance all in by 2400 rpm . Seams doable.
Does anybody know if the total advance slots are still adjustable on the new Mopar performance distributor offerings?
The distributor I bought about ten year's ago had the adjustable slots below the plates and you could easily limit total timing.. I . looking for new one for my friends 440.
One more question I have power to the pink wire shouldn't I have at least low speed or high speed if the switch was failing ?
Or does these switch completely fail ?
Thanks for help I think motor is grounded ok I should of said I bench test the motor in the the car to see if it worked or not it does.
I will try to do the continuity tests on the switch at bulk head firewall side tonight
