For the current market it is not a bad price. You will need to put rear frame rails and trunk floor in it.

B bodies first, then maybe an a or c body car. While I like E bodies they would be my last choice due to high cost and how widely popular they are.

Under 5k would be a bargain. Look at ebay completed auctions, that car could be worth 10 even 15k easily.
