For TTI headers, would you suggest getting them directly from TTI or might a person buy them at a better cost thru Summit or Jegs and get better customer service of needed?

By chance did you try the new clutch disc. on the transmission imput shaft before installing the clutch assy. to make sure it fit it and slid free on the shaft?
How far in are you getting the the imput shaft to go in the disc?
Don't by any means want to burst your bubble but, I think you would be lucky to get 1/2 of your starting out for everything figure you just posted! That's just my .02
If the rubber looks good and it hasn't moved forward or backward off the main hub than it should be OK.
To check the accuracy of the TDC mark on it to the mark on the Ft. cover, you can use a piston stop or sometimes I'll just use a plastic tie in #1 cylinder, turning it over till it stops...
