    Welcome to New York

That was the first day when I moved there in 1999, I was driving a u-haul around making wrong turns everywhere. I lived there for 2 years, saw as much as I could including all the stuff you mentioned except the 9/11 museum which didn't exist but I did go to the top of the trade center about a...

    Welcome to New York

My first day in NYC I witnessed a hilarious yelling contest between two motorists to see who could say "douche bag" more times. I thought a fight was going to break out, but both parties seemed satisfied with the name calling and drive off.

Remember what happened to these guys 31 years ago!

I was in 4th grade "math lab" with Mrs. Fontas. I remember we were watching the launch, probably because of the teacher onboard, and I didn't totally get it but could tell the teacher was way upset. I probably wouldn't remember the math lab or the teacher otherwise but I will never forget now.

Anyone have any success using Meth?

Today, if you want to get it legally it is called Adderall but I don't think laying on the couch qualifies you to get it. :D

How long would it take you.....

I had just listed a Marshall half stack on eBay right before Katrina hit. I evacuated to Lafayette in a hurry without grabbing anything but my guitars and some clothes and documents. When the auction ended, I went back to New Orleans two days later, before the city was officially opened and...

Is this '76 truck a good deal?

Yeah, I don't think the guy will go much below $8k, maybe $7750 or something. He is asking $8500.

Is this '76 truck a good deal?

My friend is looking at this truck, a '76 Adventurer with a 440 that looks like it is in good shape. He talked to the guy and thinks he can get it for $8k, is that a good deal? http://m.ebay.com/itm/1976-Dodge-Other-Pickups-Adventurer-/132038396588

    Anaphilactic shock.....

No digestion involved, it was from me licking the carpet. :D

    Anaphilactic shock.....

Heh, I would but you would have to moderate it. I was surprised there was any effect hours later. Those peanut allergies are no joke.

    Anaphilactic shock.....

I had a girlfriend with a peanut allergy. One time I must have had something with peanuts for lunch. I forgot and went over there a few hours later. One thing led to another, and she ended up with brown drapes and red carpet :p

Ever increasing threat of home invasion, so I bought:

I keep a .45 with "drywall" rounds to make sure there is no collateral damage. They are high speed rounds but break up when they hit the walls. At least that's what they say, luckily I haven't tested that feature.

    Ignorant People

That is a lame thing for her to say. You can love something or someone without being proud of it the whole time. But I don't get why she would say that. There was plenty to be proud of since '82 (or '77 whenever she turned 18).

    Ignorant People

The one with the phone admittedly looks bad and shame on her for that. There remains the possibility she was doing something urgent on her phone but it still looks bad. But the first one, it appears by the low position of his hand that the President is just beginning to raise his hand to his...
