It's pretty sad that I've had to buy multiples of many of my brake parts due to the incredible lack of knowledge by parts resellers and counter help. I'm adding Summit into this thread too. I literally had to take stuff I bought online back to the local parts stores to return incorrect sizes...

Team, As I often do, I buy stuff from our awesome community and many of those folks pay the USPS to ship. My local post office in Mansfield often sends items to the incorrect address or just looses them, and case in point I'll add a tracking for a part that's been in the system for weeks...
