So I’m getting ready to connect the tach to the accessory tab on the fuse box and I see where the one tab has no wire connecting to it.Shouldn’t this have an input wire on it? Which wire? Or can I just connect the tach wire to that blank tab to the left and below the green wire?

I ran across a cluster recently and am wondering about the tach, if it is a tach. It is a 6000RPM with no red lines. Any idea what this came out of? Is it even desirable?
