As many of you know I don't drive any more because of the loss of eyesight. Last week my friend came over and we took out my concourse 1967 Hemi GTX. We stopped at a shop where everyone is a MOPAR freak. They went nuts over the car, taking pictures of everything and then sitting behind the wheel...
Rather than post in the sale forum with an asking price, I am soliciting any interested party to make an offer. The car is perfect and needs nothing. Health issues force a sale but not a give away. Thank You...
My 67 Hemi GTX is an extremely original car. Everything on the exterior is original except the fender mounted turn signals and the tail light lenses and bezels. They are repro. I have found both NOS still in the Mopar boxes, but they are a lot of money. $450 for the turn signals and $1500 for...
RK Motors, just sold:hello2: again a 1967 Black/Red Hemi GTX 4 spd, for 165K!:hello2: These cars are really a Mopar class act and are quite rare. Only 720 were sold and it is estimated only 1/2 are still around. For the most part they are priced way under the money. If you have a chance to buy...

This is one spectacular car! Now would be a good time to win the Lottery.:toothy10:
I happen to be looking at Hagerty Insurance valuation tool today. I am bias because I own one of the cars in question. I have a perfectly restored survivor 1967 Hemi GTX. It needs nothing at this point and is an awesome car. I ran it through the valuation tool and Hagerty values this car in...
I learned an interestring thing about my 1967 Hemi GTX. Larry Shepard the well known Hemi expert rebuilt the motor in my car in 2007. I recently was emailing him and he told me that when he tore the engine down he found the long block was a Super Stock. It had high compression pistons, radical...

I guess some folks just are jerks. I tried to negotiate a realistic price and he basically called me an AHole. I guess he can sell it to NASA along with their $10,000 toilet setas!:icon_fU...
I had my 1967 Hemi GTX out for a short ride and to get some gas. Several guys came over to admire the car and talk. I told them it was the first year for the GTX and only 720 went out the door with a Hemi, making it a quite rare car. One guy piped up that he knows two cars and they are not that...
Please no opinions or more urban legends. Can anyone definitively show that the 67 GTX wood grain wheel for the entire production year is the open cut spokes wheel often called the recall wheel or finger cutter. I personaly do not believe this wheel was ever recalled and replaced with the solid...
Those that have a 66 or 67 street Hemi car, I am looking for some information. What is the assembly date of the motor on the pad, vs the production date of the car? Larry Shepard told me that they were all over the place with no set rules. It was not unusual to see a spread of months.
What would have been considered a normal time frame for installing a Strret Hemi in a 66 or 67 car. I mean from date of engine assembly to being installed in a car. Could Hemi's get assembled and than sit for a period of time before being installed in a car?
