Those that have a 66 or 67 street Hemi car, I am looking for some information. What is the assembly date of the motor on the pad, vs the production date of the car? Larry Shepard told me that they were all over the place with no set rules. It was not unusual to see a spread of months.

What would have been considered a normal time frame for installing a Strret Hemi in a 66 or 67 car. I mean from date of engine assembly to being installed in a car. Could Hemi's get assembled and than sit for a period of time before being installed in a car?
