73 roadrunner. Remanufactured gear box. I read somewhere you can tighten the steering up by putting a shim in between the spring and relief valve. I can't remember exactly if that's how you do it. You can turn her with one finger. Anybody have the directions on this or a schematic of how it's done
i have been rebuilding the rear end on my 73 rr. i have new u bolts but they look to be too small in diameter because they dont fill the holes up on the brackets. they take a 3/4 inch nut. does this sound right or should the u bolts fill up the holes in my brackets. anybody have any experience...

anybody ever put new bushings in there k member. i was thinking i could take the bolt out. maybe pry the k frame down a hair and slide the old bushing out and new one in. anybody ever done one on a 73 rr. i was thinking of using these

I am going to replace my torsion bar crossmember mounting bushings. i just thought i could put a floor jack under the crossmember. take one bolt out and lower the jack just down enough to pull the old bushing out and slip the new one in. same thing on the other side. anybody ever done it this way

i bought american racing wheels for the rr. it says there not hub centric wheels. the inside diameter is way bigger then the hub. i was wondering if this would hurt anything. where it says description it says hub centric-no so i take it this wont matter.

i have 2 235,60,15s laying around and was gonna put them on the front of my 73 rr on a 8 inch rim and was gonna put 275 60 15s on the back. will the front be too wide and rub or shouldnt i have any problems
