    .... because this is what you want hanging over your intake valve... Please people. ..look your factory castings over real well before bolting them on. You don't want this breaking off and going through your engine. I see this all the time, especially on intake manifolds.

    What is this Transmission Tail Shaft Bracket

    Removed this from a 72 charger 318/904 off the very rear of the tail shaft...is it a vibration damper? I almost remember the E-brake cable using it as a pivot.
