My 74 road runner will crank for ever and wont start until i stop and release from cranking it starts. I have 12v going to both sides of ballast what is this issue?
Just bought a new relay thinking that is why my horn isnt working because the old relay was clicking. The new relay was installed and its clicking which sounds like its doing what it’s supposed to but no sound from horn. I tested the horn and it works so what gives? Any ideas??
What is this black wire for? Its on driver side coming out of forward light harness. All my light work as normal. Previous owner just had it sitting there not sure what it connects to?

1st one yellow line going halfway down fender.
2nd blue and green connector coming out of firewall.

Fuse block number 2,3,and 4 have power in off, all the others receive power after key is switched to on is this normal? My 1973 duster fuse panel doesnt have any power when key is off to anyfuse. Scratching my head.
