I bought this car its a drag car and i am converting it to Prostreet. 440 stroker with Indy heads and 5k stall with 727 trans and dana 60 with a spool.
had 8 of my 13 RRs were 68s, my 6th silver A4 car was the fastest
8.58 @156 383/479ci (0.40" over 4.15" stroke) alum. galore
heads (ported RPMs 2005-ish) rad, w/p housing, elct. w/p, trick 6bbl & later a single 1050
on a 300hsot N2O, thru 3" mandrel Flowmasters Delta Flow (heavy, glass A12 lift off hood
4.10:1 gears (3.90:1 didn't slow it much if at all) or maybe 4.30's too much rpm on freeway
tried a bunch of different ones, 4.10 was the best of both worlds
custom 4,200 stall rev. MVB 727tf, 315/65R15 M/T (pretty much worn out)
not my fastest car by any stretch but was one of the fun-est to roam the streets
of Sacramento Co. (Rancho Murieta area) from 1997 to 2007 when I sold it to a buddy
