UPDATE: Just received a phone call from Tony in customer service at Classic Industries. Real long story short, he agreed the manufacturer should have included all the necessary parts in their package and said he plans to contact them. He also offered a full credit for the cost of the item, close to $50. My thanks to Tony for following up and applying the credit.

Might be a good thing to start a new thread starting with this post as many do not read much past the first few posts when it's a disgruntled thread....just a thought....
