So the latest in my quest to keep this Jeep on the road, I was informed of a power steering issue and leak. I have a rusty line on the steering rack and pinion unit. I thought, ok, I'll replace those two metal lines. Nope.
I can't find any part for this application. Are my only choices: make my own line, or buy new rack and pinion unit? Any help appreciated!

I once got a used rack from the junk yard cheap enough that it was worth it to just use the small lines that were rotted and toss the rest. price out a new/or reman rack and call the junk yard to price a used one.

I've made my own for those. Not hard.
Don't know how easy to access them on that model.
