Looking for a nice starter core that needs rebuilt.
It needs to be a late date 64 starter nose and back half.
Please post pictures and price if you have one.

I have a 64 starter, the 64 date is nice and clear but there is paint around the month-wheel and hard to tell how many have dots - 4 are easy to see but looks like more. I don't want to take a wire brush to it as I'm guessing you need it for a restoration and want the details. Pretty sure it still works but have had it sitting on a shelf for many years. Took it to Carlisle last ten years or so but everyone wants a 69-71 dated starter... I'll get some pictures if still interested. $25 plus shipping from 23703.

Could you maybe get some steel wool and rub off the paint.
Also take a picture of the rear barrel Chrysler and the numbers below it.
Yes, I am interested in it.
Just wanted a late date 64 if possible.
Somewhere around Oct. through Dec. maybe.

Thanks,

Randy

I'm not seeing any numbers on the back section. Best I can tell is that 4 of the wheel-windows are filled in so I would assume this means April 1964. #2095219

Thanks this is a good 64 front, but I wish it was a later date.
Yes it appears to be a April 1964

Thanks for letting me know what you have.

Jim,
Let me know what the shipping would be to 53027. If it is not too much, I might go ahead and take it.
It might work.
My friend is the one that would be restoring it for me.

Thanks,

Randy

Jim,

Will send you a PM and give me your payment method you prefer and I will provide the mailing address.

Thanks,

Randy
