1964 dodge polara horn ring

i bought a used horn ring off e bay said to fit 64 Polara my question is were the horn rings a full circle as I've seen i pics or were some half circle like i received, my center steering wheel hub says golden anniversary

1964 Polara would have the full horn ring - the 330 and 440 models got the partial ring per the factory information

A lot of guys prefer the half ring for visibility reasons if that matters to you.

My ‘64 Plymouth Belvedere which is the Plymouth equivalent of the Dodge 440 uses that half ring. I might be interested in yours if you decide to sell it.
