1964 Hemi/Max Wedge Fender Tag Decode

Can anyone decode this fender tag? I’m trying to figure out if this car was originally a Max Wedge or a Hemi car.

Hemi code was also 09 the build date will tell you it was a Hemi.

The mystery has been solved. The car turned out to be a 1964 Savoy 2dr 383 4-speed car.
