1965 convertible spare tire/jack question

I have all the jack parts/pieces and I have just found a date coded 1964 spare tire and rim that have never been used. Question is-is this set up and position of the jack under the tire, correct for my application? Where can you get that handle to lock down the spare?
(I pulled these pics from that ebay '65 Sat 'vert)

Another question-my trunk mat is a sort of brown plaid-not the blue I see everywhere. Which color is correct?
 
The two attached photos show the original trunk mat in my 65 which is a gray color - not blue. The other shows the original spare tire lock down hardware which is different than the one shown in your photo. The position of the jack is ok but it did not come from the factory with the black piece of wood to place in front of a tire.
