Anyone else seen this particular wire clip on any other car?

This pic is from the former Tony D #6200 mile car

It appears to be the same clip as the headlight wiring clip on the radiator support
Only this one is plastic / rubber coated

There isn't one on my friend's '66 Coronet...

But then I also see more modern wiring and terminals there.

Nope, and I have a hard time with a plastic clip from 1966. I read that wrong... plastic or rubber coated, so like a speedometer cable clip..

It doesn’t look plastic to me, but I haven't seen that car in person.

No clip on mine. Don’t see mark on bracket where it could have been in past.
But has part number tag still on fusible link wire.

There’s a similar but much larger clip on my driver parking light. Mike Voltz noticed that when looking over car. And he hadn’t seen on other ‘66’s. And it wasn’t on Joseph Kwapich’s ‘66 parked right next to me. So there’s some inconsistencies with some clip placement on these cars.

It's like they were given one clip and told to put it somewhere.. LOL

I think you may be on to something.

These 66 hemi cars came out late: there was a HP2 batch then months went by with another final batch.

If production issues caused the lateness and production pause, those issues typically result in assembly variation
