1966 Charger cranks but won't fire.

Have you verified your points are opening? Put one ohmeter on single wire leading to distributor from coil, put other ohmeter lead on distributor housing. You shouls read low ohms with points closed and infinite with points open. You can open points with your finger for this test. This will also tell you if your points are grounded properly. Remove meter, crank engine, while watching points, do points open?
