1967 B body power to manual steering question

I have a manual steering gear and the adapter to the intermediate shaft, my question is: does the pitman arm fit or do I need a specific one?

i did the switch and used the same arm on my 67.

Excellent, how much of a pain is it to take out the steering box? Does the manifold have to come off?

It was really easy on my 69. Didn't have to remove exhuast header.
