1967 Coronet rear quarters question

I'm not 100% sure, but I say they are. I do know they're the same on the 67 Plymouth B bodies. I have used wheel well trim from a 4-door on a 2-door.

...and the 4 doors don't rust where the 2 doors do.

...and unlike 68-70, the outer wheel houses are also the same.
 
Yup. I used to remove from the dog leg back to the bumpers on more doors to clean up 2 door dodges and plymouths. Wheel lip mouldings are the same
 
4 doors were a family car back in the day. And most were Well kept . They were never noticed as desired cars. But they made great parts cars.
 
The design of the two door allows water to enter behind the quarter panel at the base of the window opening, and pool between the outer wheel house and the quarter, and between the quarter and the rocker.

Two of the worst rust prone areas on those cars.

The four door has no direct path for water to either of those locations.
