I need to remove the trim on top of the fenders, doors and rear quarters. What is the best removal method without damaging it? Thanks!

Look closely?
The t/s spear has a screw at the front and a bolt that protrudes into the fender with a nut.
Long quarter trim is clipped on, possibly a bolt/studs at each end. Just pry off

Door should have studs front and back.
Long fender trim has clips. Just pry off.
I have removed several through the years.
Get a set of non marking trim removal tools. (They can be found in a few places) CAREFULLY pry the trim up from the outside and release it.
IMPORTANT!!!!
Take a small punch and drive the pin that is in the clip down .
From underneath, squeeze the locking tabs on the clip and push it upwards to remove. Be gentle! Do not know if your clips are to baked by tourtemperatures.
I have seen some moldings using conventional clips.
Only saying what worked for me.
