I am told from a 67 Coronet, may fit other models, part #2449669.
One pigtail is longer, one lens has a crack around the screw, the other has a crack around both and near the center, both are intact though.
I pulled both bulbs out, one had some grease on it and came out with ease, the other came out without an issue.
Housings are not rotted or rusty.
$125 shipped to the lower 48.
