1968 Charger R/T Hemi H.T.

What’s up with the fender tag? It almost looks like it’s mounted to a separate piece of metal.
Awesome car AND options

Undercoating. A $16.10 option from the factory. And still soft.
That’s not factory undercoating. The factory didn’t undercoat there. It’s aftermarket. Could be dealer-applied. I understand that it has factory undercoating. The factory undercoating is on the underside of the car and is indeed optional. Without it, all you got was sound deadener, mostly in the wheelwells.

It’s like a Zeibart treatment in addition to factory undercoat. There’s an excellent survivor 73 Duster 340 that was bought by a Chrysler employee in Detroit with a similar treatment.

It shows an original owner really putting the extra care in with preventative measures most don’t take. And well… look at the results the car is held up in fantastic condition !

That was my doing. I do not remember how long ago that was. I believe it had to be before 2009. That is when my father past away and I completly lost my interest. My dad had a 1966 SS396 375hp 4sp Chevelle in Marina Blue. Car shows were our thing. Since then, Charger stayed in a car bag until the summer of 2024. Non heated garage. 15 + years of sitting in the dark. My 16 year old son at that time convinced me to get it out and he fell in love with her. So now i'm picking up the passion again for him. I am truely blessed. True story - My son and I aired up the tires, changed the plugs and pulled the old gas out. Poured some high test in the tank and she fired right up once the fuel hit the carbs. Sat there and idled without a miss. Brakes on the other hand needed some attention. Sorry, maybe more than you wanted to know.
Not at all, I am blessed as well. Daughter's 69RT was a dad/daughter project. She's the 3rd owner, first 2 owners were good friends. Anyway, great car and enjoy it with your son.

I think these “1 of” numbers get started as things like a registry or Galen saying they have x number of something.
