1968 Dodge Charger: Black interior -
What sheen of black are the metal trim pieces on the side and front to help hold up the headliner?
What sheen of black is the background of the rear tail lights fixtures?
What sheen of black is the steering column?
What sheen of black is the back of the car, between the two tail lights?

Parking lights - white or amber bulbs?
Thanks!

Can only conclusively answer the interior questions.
Roof rail/sides- gloss
front, steering column & dash frame- suede finish (for anti glare/reflection properties).

I can't say it's 100% accurate if you're **** about your resto correctness, but a couple cans of SEM Trim Black will handle all of your tasks that are semi-gloss or satiny finish. SEM Trim Gloss Black for anything glossy. It sprays very nicely on any hard, non-porous surface; metals or plastics. It dries in minutes and dries very flat...no droplets.
