1968 Rallye Dash AC vs non AC

Are these dashes interchangable? And by that I mean can you swap the pads of a non AC dash onto an AC dash to coverup the ducts? and the end covers as well?

you can on a 69 Rallye Dash with the middle cover The ends either have the ac vents or a plastic cover. Was done on mine and I am going back to the original ac. I would assume a 68 would be the same. I can't speak for a non rallye dash,

The center pad should be interchangeable. On the ends you may have to fab a bit as the screw holes to mount the end covers will not be there on the a/c frame. In other words.....the large hole for the vent cutouts removes the area where the 2 small holes to attach end cover would be drilled.
