1969 Roadrunner seat buttons

Any body know if they can be bought or restored? Mine has 8 of them and they are wore too bad to reuse them as is.

I tried to restore some of mine and they are a pain to take apart. I only ended up taking one apart and gave up but they do come apart and then you can replace the little piece of vinyl.

From what I have found you can probably go to a local upholstery shop and he will have the press or get blanks with plenty of spares and do them in a vise
