Need everything that connects the wheel to the padded horn ring.

I need the top plate/nut that has the stud in it that attaches the horn pad to the contact assembly.

The top plate, if I remember, has a threaded hole for the bolt to hold the pad, with legs on it, with 3 screw holes too?

Nope. Just the top piece and the 3 screws.
