There is 3 bulbs in each rear tail light. Each bulb is double fillement. I’m assuming all 3 bulbs use the low side for running/parking lamps and then which bulbs use the high side for turn signals or brake lights? I mean, which bulbs flash for turn signals? The center one? Or the outside or the inside? Or do 2 bulbs flash for turn signals and only 1 for the brake lights?

No, the outer and center are dual filament and use 1157 bulbs.
The inner bulb on each side, closest to the middle of the car, are single filament 1095 bulbs.
Those are hard to find. Use the #87 or 89 as a substitute. The wattage is similar.
The outer and middle bulbs are tail, brake and turn. The inner 1095 bulbs are taillight only.
I have a thread on this foul on improving the brightness in the taillights.
Below, brake lights only:

Brake and tail but the inner bulbs do look pretty bright….

The middle and outer are still brighter than the inners.

I'm considering swapping the single filament inner bulbs and sockets with some dual-contact sockets and 1157's, hoping that would get all 3 bulbs on each side to flash on when signaling or braking. Has anybody else done that mod?
