From memory,
white vinyl top, white upper door frame, light duty torque flite, 318 2 bbl, built on July 17 1970 at Lynch rd plant Detroit

Scheduled build date, June 17,70. Black and white seats (bench?).
050 is engine assy code, 013 rearend code, 779 trans code.
(013 will tell you which rearend, what ratio, and suregrip or not, but I don't have that info. If I had to guess.... 7 1/4 open, with a 2-series ratio.)

050 engine assembly = B body 318 without A/C; with automatic transmission.
013 rear end assembly code = 8.25 with 2.71 ratio; non Sure Grip 10x2.5 brakes.
779 = last three digits of the automatic transmission part number for this application = 3410779

top Line: 13 GATE, 143 BASE and 235594 SEQUENCE numbers have to do with the assembly of the body in white.

Scheduled production date of June 17th, 1970. May or may not be actual assembly date.

C74153 = Vehicle order number (VON) and the C tells us the car was built for sale in Canada.
