I am grateful to have stumbled upon my barn find. 1970 dodge charger rt 440-4 barrel. The car has 87k miles and is numbers matching one-owner car. Original window sticker, original title, car warranty pamphlet and fender tag. He had it painted over 25 years ago and was talked into the candy color green on the hood and doors (Yuck). Car still remains in original color

The car hasn't seen sunlight in 18 years, and hasn't ran in over 20 years. Can't wait to learn more about this beauty as we get her ready to fire up.

I'm not sure what it's worth once we get it running but I feel fortunate.

Sweet Charger R/T ! My parents bought one brand new when I was a kid. It was our family car until 1982.

Your car looks to have been well kept, and intact! I don't think you could have found a better starting point for your project! I am kinda partial to 70 Charger r/Ts. I have four of them currently. The Yellow Charger is an R/T SE,I have owned it since high school. The white R/T is a matching numbers V code 440 Sixpack car. The orange car is a one of none custom 70 Charger R/T convertible. The purple Charger R/T is going to be a replica of the 70 Charger R/T SE Daytona sunroof car. Looking forward to following your project! Welcome to FBBO!

This is what the purple carwill look like when it is done. Last year I installed a factory sunroof assembly into the car.
