hi ,does anyone have closeup pic of were the long springs for throttle return on a 1970 383 road runner auto.thanks

???? I'm guessing you want to know where the throttle return spring attaches at both ends ????? Carb side- in between the "split" on the end of the throttle cable on the throttle shaft itself (sandwiched in the gap of that split). Other end, on a return spring bracket bolted to the front intake manifold bolt, driver's side/front. The "locator" tip of that bracket goes into an unused hole (threaded I think) on the head if I'm remembering correctly.....pretty much the same on all big blocks w/4 bbl. carbs.

do you happen to have any close up pictures.thanks

I don't have a 383, but does this help?

Not a stock engine, but all the throttle return spring stuff looks stock.
