1970 Road Runner

I'm looking at a 70 Road Runner but I have no idea how to read the fender tag, can anybody help me with this?

Can't read the top right one, but everything else is as follows. The two FE5's are Rallye Red car with Rallye red top, A87-Decor Package, J25-3 speed wiper, M21-roof drip moldings, R11-AM radio, H2X9- black interior with bench seat, TX9- top interior door paint is black velvet in color, E63-383, 4bbl, 335hp, D13- 3 speed transmission

& multiple book available too,
that have decoders you can either download or use to decipher the Vin & Fender tags
