1971 Lynch Road axle codes

Looking for a little help here. I have a 1971 Charger SE with a Lynch Road fender tag. It has a 039 Axle and brake code in the top right corner. Every decoding site I go to starts their codes at 042. Anybody know what the 039 represents? Thanks for the help.

My 71 Charger 500 is a Lynch Rd car and the tag was a total PITA to decode. Mine is a factory 383 car with a 8 1/4 rear with I THINK 2.71 gears if I remember correctly. If I can make it up to the shop this weekend I'll see if I still have my Lynch Rd info print outs in the glove box. Mine had a weird axle code too so I feel your pain.
