WTB 1972 Plymouth Satellite Sebring Plus hood release cable or dash mounting bracket

I am looking for a 1972 hood release cable or the under dash mounting bracket if it can be replaced separately. The part number for the cable is either 3695565 or 3670388 and has the horizontal handle and a loop in the cable on the under hood end.
Or, if possible, instructions on how to fix the black plastic broken under dash bracket - super glue fix did not take. Maybe J Weld?

Maybe a thought but what about 3D printer service or I thought maybe a member here was dabbling in it. I’d try a search on here first
