So, how can this mis alignment of the belt molding be fixed. I see it a lot on this generation Chargers.

Getting the door where it should be makes a big difference.

beat me to it ^^^^^^^
loosen the striker a bit and tap it in and up, and retighten
it should suck the door, well, in and up
