Hey, i have 74 charger se and my front signal lights turn on when I use the blinker but they dont blink. I have changed relay, re-done plug connector, and swapped wiring to see if i may have wired wrong. I have 2 wires, black and black with yellow stripe. I dont want to scratch up the paint to get a better ground unless that's the next thing to try. Any suggestions or prior experience will greatly be appreciated!

Did you change flasher? Sounds like you did when you said relay. My 74 has 2 flashers one for the 4 ways and one for turn signals. Turn signals are up under ashtray, 4 ways are above brake pedal. If you’ve tried everything it could be down to your turn signal switch in the steering column.

I have replaced flasher, and I've added my wiring diagram. And I was looking, so from what I have with this is there's 1 place for my flasher. Since everything is changed, I no longer have that as a placement. But I will have to take my TS switch apart and see if I can jump wire for better connection. See if that works, thank you.

I'm sure you've checked the bulbs, but.....

usually, when the dash indicator doesn't blink it's because one of the bulbs is out.

I used to know which is which, but the other condition, is the indicator doesn't light up.

One means the front bulb is out, the other means the rear bulb is out.

Again... before you start hunting in the forest, look at what you see in front of the trees. Meaning, check your grounds. Check the bulbs. Then, go hunting.

Did you read what I wrote?

Not blinking is potentially a factory alert condition that could mean a bulb is out.

Has the OP checked the rear bulb(s)?

Update, going through wiring and bulbs lastnight. I found my TS switch broke where it flips back and forth each blinker. Seen it wasn't having a solid connection for blinkers, I am going back to original switch. Hopefully it turns out better than the aftermarket switch. Will update after replaced!

Yea, i have learned that the hardway i think. Which i was tryin to avoid but unfortunately spent the money on a oem refurbished TS switch, hopefully that will fix my issue and will work properly.
