Looks like the 1970 style. See pics. Has the smaller knob. This came with my car. Doesn’t appear to have been used. I put the witness mark on the mounting tab when I tried installing it on my dash. No marks on the connection tabs.Tests perfect according to the 69 service manual. Located on east coast of Canada. $70 usd with shipping to lower 48 or Canada
