Check to make sure your driver picks are competing and post your picks.

Last warning: I will not be sending out any last minute reminders to post picks during the remainder of the NHRA season. You can always post "locked" picks and then update them race by race.

Congratulations to 'cuda20' (FABO), 'memike' (FABO) and 'TT5.9mag' (FABO) for sharing the Top Qualifier title for the 16th event of the 2023 NHRA season, the 38th annual Pep Boys NHRA Nationals with an outstanding total of 31.0 bonus points each. They each picked the #1 qualifier in both Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle, and the #2 qualifier in both Top Fuel and Funny Car. Way to go!
'Yunick13' (FABO) was right behind with 29.0 bonus points.
'Nick2317' is the top FBBO qualifier with 27.5 bonus points.

* 4 different Top Fuel drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. The is a possibility of one head-to-head matchup in the 2nd round of eliminations if both drivers survive Round 1.
* 5 different Funny Car drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchup. There is a possibility of two head-to-head matchups in the 2nd round of eliminations if all drivers survive Round 1.
* 5 different Pro Stock drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There is a possibility of two head-to-head matchups in the 2nd round of eliminations if all drivers survive Round 1.
* 4 different Pro Stock Motorcycle drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. The earliest possibility for a head-to-head matchup would be the semifinal round of eliminations.

'Mother Nature' forced the final two rounds of eliminations to be run Monday morning.
TV coverage of the final two rounds from Maple Grove will be shown at 10:30pm EDT (7:30pm PDT) on FS1 tonight (09/18).

Congratulations to Yunick13 (FABO) for being for winning the 38th annual Pep Boys NHRA Nationals "Top Picker Eliminator" title with a very nice total of 144.0 points.
His Funny Car pick won the class. His Top Fuel pick lost in final round of eliminations. His Pro Stock pick lost in the semi-finals, and his Pro Stock Motorcycle pick was upset and lost in the second round of eliminations. His point total was also helped with ET bonus points in Funny Car and both ET and Speed bonus points in Pro Stock Motorcycle.
'Budnicks' (FBBO) grabbed the runner-up spot with 116.5 points.
