2785434 and 2578715 fan shrouds (not perfect) - are they worth saving?

I have two older 26" fan shrouds that I am not using, PNs 2785434 and 2578715. I acquired these several years ago. As you can see from the photos, they both have a small amount of damage; the 2578715 has a hold in the lower right side while the other had a piece of the edge or lip of the 2785434 shroud is chipped out. If my memory serves me correct, they were like this when I acquired them. The 2578715 (with the small hole) I think would be easier to repair.

I don't think that even in undamaged used condition they are all that valuable (over $100) or am I missing something here?

Both worth saving IMO. Plastic welders work wonders if you know and plan the process.

Easy to fix with wax paper and JB weld plastic bonder, then a shot of paint.

Thank you for the input! Now I have a project and hope to learn something in the process. Will definitely start with fixing the small hole first. If they come out great, I will eventually post pics.

Reverse that question.

Are they worth throwing in the garbage?

fix them, but don’t paint with gloss black paint.
