Anyone ever converted a manual 3 speed on the column to 3 speed on the floor?

Was there an aftermarket shifter available?

Are you swapping it to the floor just for fun? Or are the bushings and linkage worn out?
(Slightly off topic)
The 3-on-da-tree is something you dont see anymore, and maybe try to preserve it..
Not many people know how to operate one these days-----which is funny to watch when they try to figure it out.

I have a 73 Satellite wagon that is 3 speed column shift.
I plan on keeping that way ...It does have its own wierd cool and fun factor to it.

I like floor shifts but if I ever got a hold of a nice column shift Mopar, I might keep it that way if it were a /6 or a 318 car but even 318's can be fun with a stick on the floor. I always hooked up my 3 speeds to where I could grab 2nd gear instead of pushing for it tho. For light to light blasts, being able to grab a good 2nd is most important :D
