I'm pretty sure that it needs to be a poly 318 for the brackets to fit.

66's are different,
Here's a picture of one on my 62 and the same style on my other 65 and a picture of a 66 that I have that will not fit.
Hoses and mounting brackets on 66's are totally different.

Sorry I don't have the pump you're looking for! All I have are the later style!

You might need to look at bolting your bracket on a different pump. I can't tell from your pics if you have a Federal or a TRW pump, but the bracket should be interchangeable on the correct pump. Here's a graphic to help determine which you need:
