So I just ordered this. It is an la block with factory roller cam. The cam is for an la. It didn't come with the little half moon key or woodruff key. Whatever you call it. Or a bolt or eccentric. Or any cup washer. So that kit should be exactly what I need if I'm interpreting correctly.

Perfect. So yes it looks like like there are 2 different cup washers, depending whether you delete the eccentric? Not sure on that
