Motor has sat in back of shop still has transmission on it motor won't turn any suggestions put oil in cylinders how much pressure shot it take to turn it

pour this in the cylinders and let it sit for a couple days. Leave plugs out. It will free it up. Used it on my 318 that sat since 2006. Engine is running now. slowly turn over by hand and be generous with the oil

When was the last time it turned and was it ever sitting outside and got rained on?

You can eliminate stuck valve or valves by removing the rockers and shafts. An easy thing to do.
The valves could be checked individually with a brass drift and a Hammer.

I rather use a drift made of aluminum unless the brass is really soft. Many think brass is soft but the majority of it isn't really all that soft. Even stainless steel can be more forgiving depending on the grade.

And if you do punch on the valves, make sure you punch on the valve stem and not the retainer..... @Desperado 12
