Yes here is the confusion with using the last 3 of the part number, don't like it.

He wants a 2944390 15x7 rally wheel

I apologize for the lack of clarity of my need; 15x7 Rallye wheels, part number 2944390, manufactured for 1970-1971 model year B and E body Chrysler vehicles.

A quick search turned up this 68,69,70,71,72 dodge,plymouth. (4) mopar rallye wheels 14" with center caps | eBay but 'value' is what someone is willing to pay and the 15" ones will command much more. But asking about that here in someone's ad isn't the right place to be asking questions like that.
