Factory A/C

Planning on using an LD4B intake.
Carb undecided as yet.
Will this just be a bolt-n-go or will I
need to make any modifications?
(Electric choke, trans kick down, coil, etc)

Slight mods are necessary. I'll get you a link to some info and part numbers.

Absolutely

If you already have the 1406 then use it, but if you don't then consider getting the AVS2 carb.
It's night and day difference over the older Edelbrock carburetors.

UPDATE
Decided on the Edelbrock 1406.
Got it installed and after ALOT of
messing around, it was determined that
the brand new carb was defective. So it got
returned. Picked up a Reman Holley 4160
600 from a local carb guru and got it installed.
(Wish I knew about this shop earlier)
Could not be happier! Really made a big difference.

Now onto upgrading the rear end to a 323.
